1. Where we ship
All products ship from Hong Kong, mainly to Hong Kong addresses.
If you need delivery to mainland China or elsewhere, please contact us before ordering via WhatsApp +852 7051 8160 or email support@lifegenwell.com to check availability, shipping cost and delivery time.
2. Shipping fees
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order, and clearly shown before you pay.
- The Qing Cao Tang Okra Drink "buy 4 get 1 free" set ships free to Hong Kong.
3. Processing and delivery times
We dispatch your order once payment is confirmed and your delivery details are complete. Hong Kong addresses usually receive orders within 3–4 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take longer during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warnings, public holidays or busy periods.
4. Shipping notification
Once your parcel is on its way, we'll let you know by email, including the tracking number where available.
5. Address changes and failed delivery
- If you need to change the delivery address after paying, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the address may not be changeable.
- If redelivery is needed because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, an extra shipping fee may apply; we'll confirm with you first.
6. Problems on arrival
If the parcel is damaged, or items are wrong or missing, please keep the products and packaging, take photos and contact us as soon as possible. See Returns & refunds for how we handle it.
